Guarantee and Return Conditions

I want to return the product (s) I ordered. What should I do?

As a basic rule, you can return the product you received within 30 days from the date of delivery with the invoice issued by www.nehir.com.tr within the terms of the agreement and

a note explaining the reason for your return.

 

* SEND YOUR PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED WITH A NOTE EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN AND THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.

* The postage cost of the returned products belongs to the BUYER.

** If the invoice of the product you wish to return is a corporate invoice, you must send it back with the return invoice which was issued by the company. Return invoice should be issued without including cargo share (product unit price + VAT). Order refunds invoice of which are issued on behalf of the company will not be completed if a REFUND INVOICE is not issued.

If you are not a taxpayer, you must fill out the information in the relevant return field of the invoice belonging to our company completely while you are returning the product you have purchased and send it back to us by signing with the product. Otherwise your refund proceeding will not be completed.

General return conditions are as follows;

- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging without fail.

- Return of the products with damaged original box/packaging has been (eg. products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and products tied with cargo packaging tape are not accepted) which are not resalable anymore and which cannot be bought by another customer are not acceptable.

- You need to send the original invoice (all the copies you have) with the product you want to return.

- If the product (s) you want to return are defective, you should check the product with the cargo officer and have a record kept and not accept them. In this case, the shipping fee is paid by our company. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.

Product Return

If you decide to return your order after you have received it and opened its package, you should follow the "Product Return Process" in this case. In the meantime, you can return the product you have bought from the address of nehir.com.tr together with its invoice. The product must not be damaged, its package must be undamaged and it must be without failure and be unused including all the accessories thereof and resalable in order to be returned.

You must send us the product with its original box, the product invoice and a letter stating the reason for returning the product to our address specified below.

Do you the products you sell have a guarantee?

All products sold at www.nehir.com.tr are under the guarantee of the importer or manufacturer company. Repair or replacement operations are performed by the company giving guarantee. You may have repaired or replaced the defective product under the guarantee by providing the invoice or guarantee document to the nearest authorized Service which is written on the guarantee document or the user manual.

What should I do if the product I ordered broke down?

All the products we sell are under the guarantee of the importer or manufacturer company and repair or replacement operations are performed by the company giving guarantee or the authorized servicers thereof.

You may have repaired or replaced the defective product under the guarantee by providing the invoice or guarantee document of the product you have purchased to the nearest authorized Service. You may access information as to the authorized Service from the guarantee document or the user manual. You will get faster results by sending your defective products directly to the importer or manufacturer.

My new product is out of order, what should I do?

The new products that are defective in the ambience go into the "defective new products" class. You must send products that do not have an Authorized Service network to www.nehir.com.tr for "exchange operations", in its original package and with all its accessories, with the "as it should be" registration. Label, tape, writing, etc. (ATTENTION!) New defective products that are requested to be replaced MUST BE SHIPPED WITH ALL ACCESSORIES AND THEIR PACKAGING FULLY. Otherwise, no exchange or refund can be made.

Your registration form will arrive to our repair-return department via our site and they will be checked and information will be sent to you in a short time. If your submission is accepted, you will be notified of the shipping number. With this number, you can send us the product with Aras Cargo against payment. Products without notification number will not be accepted by the cargo company. For this reason, we kindly ask you to make a recording of the notification from the link absolutely.

There are 3 alternatives for new products that are defective in packaging: repair, exchange or return. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to send the product together with a note expressing your wish.

 

Time of the process of the products received by us changes depending on the stock of the importer or manufacturer if it is replacement or depending on the report of the importer or the manufacturer, if it is repair depends on the repair. www.nehir.com.tr contacts the importer or the manufacturer company in order to avoid your victimization and tries to finalize your transaction as soon as possible.

 

The customer may return the product within 7 days of receipt of the product. If the reason of this return is a technical failure or deficiency of the product, www.nehir.com.tr will pay the price of the product and the cargo fee and replacement will be made amounting to the sum of the cash payment commission, if any at the door or the fee will be returned. If the reason for the refund is "not liking", fee refund or replacement with fee another product will be only the amount of the unliked product and will not cover other payments like cargo and cash payment commission at the door. When the product return is made the return shipping cost belongs to the customer.

 

Customers can return the product to www.nehir.com.tr with the condition that the product has not been unpacked and no damage has occurred to the product due to any problems arising from the www.nehir.com.tr within the seven days from the date of receipt of the order. In this case, the cost of shipping is paid by www.nehir.com.tr only if the customer returns the product through the shipping company which has sent the order to him/her; otherwise, this fee belongs to our customers. The customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred during this return, and this amount will be deducted from the refund. These charges will be refunded to our customers as stated above.

 

Our customers may return the products they have purchased and delivered within seven-day period from the date of delivery in the way delivered in their original package, without opening, damaging and breaking and in an unused way. The returning is accepted with the original box or packing together and with the invoice sent to the customer without fail. Otherwise, the product to be returned will not be refunded by www.nehir.com.tr and our customers will not be refunded the money of the product.

 

Products which are with crushed, torn, damaged, harmed and dirty packing and which are with a cargo label affixed on the original box and products tied with cargo packaging tape and which are not resalable anymore and which cannot be bought by another customer are not strictly acceptable by www.nehir.com.tr and the relevant fee will not be refunded.

 

Customers should send an e-mail to info@nehir.com.tr with the order number of the product they want to return and the reason for their return. www.nehir.com.tr will return to the customers after this phase and notify where and how to return the product. Our customers must then deliver the product to be returned to us, together with the invoice, by providing the conditions specified earlier. In these cases the shipping fee belongs to the customer. The customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred during this return, and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

 

After we receive the products that our customers return, they are first reviewed by our department, and if necessary, the product is sent to the authorized Service or supplier for testing. If all the terms related to the item comply with all of the provisions set out above, the refund will be initiated and the refund will be refunded to the customer in the form prescribed. This process lasts ten days at the latest. Www.nehir.com.tr shall not be liable in case of any delay due to circumstances arising from the bank or third parties.

 

If the sold product is faulty or if the package is damaged during the transportation of the related order by the cargo company and if this damage is detected and the product is not received by the buyer, the shipping fee will be paid by us. If the package is not accepted and a report has been prepared, this situation should be reported to www.nehir.com.tr with the copy of the report kept by our client as soon as possible. A new and healthy delivery will be made by www.nehir.com.tr without additional charge as soon as possible.

 

Our customers may request a replacement product similar to the requested product instead of requesting a refund if the product they purchased is faulty or defective. Our customers should express this request by e-mailing to info@nehir.com.tr. Because this product has to be found available in the stock in order to meet this demand of our customers www.nehir.com.tr has the right to refund the price of the product instead of replacing it with the new one. Seasonal products, non-returnable products, disposable products, reproducible software and programs, products that have been damaged or expired may not be returned. Returning of books, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes and all kinds of cosmetics and consumables is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, unspoiled and the product is not used.
